Best Salmon Loaf Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 Tbsp.
  2. liquid.
  3. Flake salmon and combine with reserved liquid and remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Shape into a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
  7. For patties: Prepare as above.
  8. Shape into eight 1-inch thick patties.
  9. Pan-fry on both sides in 2 Tbsp.
  10. of butter till golden.
