Best Salmon Loaf Recipe
- 1 can Salmon, (15 ounce)
- 2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. Olive, sliced
- 1/3 c. Onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Dill weed
- 1 dsh Pepper
- Drain salmon, reserving 2 Tbsp.
- liquid.
- Flake salmon and combine with reserved liquid and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Shape into a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- For patties: Prepare as above.
- Shape into eight 1-inch thick patties.
- Pan-fry on both sides in 2 Tbsp.
- of butter till golden.
