Bean shoot cakes, makes 16 cakes.

  1. Flash fry minced meat and add to sauce, if using chunky veg, part cook any veg that are hard (potatoes, carrots etc) also add to sauce.
  2. Add bean shoots / sprouts.
  3. Take a muffin tin, or similar, brush with sesame oil.
  4. Add squares of filo pastry brushing each one with the oil inbetween until you have 3 overlapping layers.
  5. Take the part cooked ingredients and add to the filo cups.
  6. Fold over the filo and brush with sesame oil to seal the top, and bake 170 for 18 mins.
