Cream Soup Substitute 2

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
  3. When ready to use, combine 6 tablespoons soup mix with 1 1/4 cups water in a small heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened.
  4. Substitute for 1 can of cream soup.
