Lobster Dip Elegante Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Dash seasoned salt
• 1 (5 ounce.) can (about 1 c. lobster), flaked
• 3 tbsp. sauterne

1. Heat cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Blend in mayonnaise, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar, and salt.
3. Stir in lobster and cooking sauterne; heat through.
4. Makes 1 3/4 c..
5. Serve warm with Melba toast and assorted crackers.
