Cevaps
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1/2 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 4 each garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons black pepper cracked
- 1 each cayenne pepper
- 1 each egg whites beaten
- Mix all, altogether.
- You may wish to combine the seasonings or grind them together before adding them to the meat.
- Shape in thumb-sized sausages, or in croquette size shapes.
- Grill on open grill until done.
