Cider Glazed Ham
- 3 12-6 lbs fully cooked ham
- 1 cup apple cider
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
- Heat oven to 350.
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan in oven.
- In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
- Pour over ham in oven and baste ham occasionally with this mixture until ham is heated through, about 45 minutes to an hour.
