Bailey's Cake
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 34 cup oil
- 34 cup water
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 cup irish cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup irish cream
- 12 cup icing sugar
- Mix all cake ingredients except choc chips on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Pour in batter and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool and remove from pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients and pour on top of cake when completely cool.
