Veggie Chili

  1. In large pan sprayed with Pam, saute onion, bell peppers, and garlic just til tender, over medium heat.
  2. Add all other ingredients as listed.
  3. Stir well and bring to boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Makes great veggie burritos!
  7. Freezes well, too.
