Mexican Quinoa and Bean Salad

  1. Dressing: Beat all ingredients with whisk until well blended.
  2. Salad: Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add Dressing; mix lightly.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
