Baked Chicken with Easy Orange Sauce

  1. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  2. Combine orange juice, sugar, mustard and Vegemite*.
  3. Pour over chicken pieces and bake at 200C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Baste chicken frequently.
  5. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  6. Heat the remaining juices in the baking dish over a medium hot plate.
  7. Add combined cornflour and water and stir until juices have thickened.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken, garnish with basil or parsley and rind.
