Cool Cucumber Sandwich

• 1 tbsp. ranch salad dressing
• 2 slices bread, toasted
• 12 slices cucumber
• 2 slices bacon, cooked
• 1 slice tomato

1. Spread salad dressing on one side of each sliceof toast.
2. Layer cucumber, bacon and tomato on one slice; top with second slice.
