Lime Chiffon Pie

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP, zest and juice.
  6. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.
  7. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
