Chicken Biscuit Recipe

  1. Cook chicken in warm oil for 4 to 5 min.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Mix garlic, mushroom and onion in skillet.
  4. Cook 4 to 5 min.
  5. In a bowl, stir together lowfat sour cream, flour and 1/2 tsp.
  6. of salt and 1/4 tsp.
  7. pepper.
  8. Add in lowfat sour cream mix, lowfat milk and broth to skillet.
  9. Cook and stir.
  10. Add in chicken and sherry and heat thoroughly.
  11. Serve over biscuits.
