Banana Split Bread - ABM
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 13 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
- 13 cup walnuts broken
- 1 each eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medium bananas sliced directly into the inner pan
- 10 each strawberries frozen, thawed with their liquid
- 13 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained, reserve juice
- 13 cup pineapple juice from the pineapple, heated
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 4 cups maraschino cherries drained
- Place all ingredients (EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND CHERRIES) into the inner pan in the order listed, select white bread and push "Start."
