Randy's Whacky Wings
- 12 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sweet baby ray's buffalo wing sauce
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons lawry's perfect blend seasoning (for chicken & poultry)
- 12 teaspoon lawry's garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Heinz Chili Sauce
- 3 -4 lbs chicken wings, sections tips removed
- In a medium bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
- Place wing sections in a 1 gallon Zip Lock bag.
- Pour sauce over wings in bag & cover wings completely.
- Close bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Refridgerate overnight, turning occasionally.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 11 X 16 jelly roll pan w/ cooking spray (or line w/ parchment paper).
- Place wings on pan one at time so they aren't touching, -- DON'T just "dump " them on!
- Discard any remaing sauce.
- Bake on center rack for 50-60 minutes turning halfway, being careful not to burn.
- Remove from oven & let set for 5-10 minutes.
