No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, milk powder, coconut flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. If mixture seems too dry, add more almond milk; if too wet, add more flour.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, then roll the dough into 12 balls.
  4. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
