No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Non-fat Milk Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Chocolate Chips
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, milk powder, coconut flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- If mixture seems too dry, add more almond milk; if too wet, add more flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then roll the dough into 12 balls.
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
