Ranch Dressing Homemade
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 coarsely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Whisk well.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
- Per (1-tablespoon) serving: 25 calories, 2g fat, 5mg chol, 1g carbs, 0g fiber, 50mg sodium
