Spinach With Sesame and Miso
- 2 12 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons light miso
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 34 lb fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- Crush the sesame seeds with a mortar and pestle.
- Combine with the miso and sugar.
- Wash the spinach and drain well.
- heat a frying pan and add the oil.
- Stir fry the spinach just until it collapses.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the miso and sesame.
