Peaches 'n' Cream Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat first 6 ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Drain peach slices, reserving juice.
  4. Place peaches in rows on top of crust mixture.
  5. Beat cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar together.
  6. Carefully spoon on top of peaches.
  7. Sprinkle with topping mixture and bake 30-40 minutes.
