Peaches 'n' Cream Cheesecake
- 1 12 cups flour
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 (13 ounce) cans peaches, sliced
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons peach juice
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat first 6 ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Drain peach slices, reserving juice.
- Place peaches in rows on top of crust mixture.
- Beat cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar together.
- Carefully spoon on top of peaches.
- Sprinkle with topping mixture and bake 30-40 minutes.
