Cured Ham Sushi Balls
- 1 rice bowl's worth Sushi rice
- 8 slice Cured ham
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 Ponzu
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 to garnish Radish sprouts
- Slice the onion thinly, then soak in water.
- After you drain it well, combine with lemon juice and ponzu sauce.
- Using plastic wrap, squeeze a small amount of sushi rice into a ball (Just squeeze lightly)!
- Use 1 slice of cured ham to wrap around the ball of sushi rice.
- Use another to wrap the other side.
- (They look like flower petals.)
- Top them with onion and mayonnaise.
- Scatter on radish sprouts for decoration and serve.
- It's really delicious if you serve it with a little ponzu sauce.
