Baked Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray 2.5 quart casserole dish
  3. Cook macaroni, drain and set aside
  4. Steam kale for a couple minutes
  5. In large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cheddar, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  6. Pour in cooked macaroni, kale, and bacon.
  7. Stir to combine
  8. In microwave bowl melt butter.
  9. Add in panko crumbs and stir.
  10. Pour over the top of the casserole evenly
  11. Place in oven for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and heated throughout
