Crunchy Oat And Cranberry Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin pans.
  3. In a bowl combine dry ingredients.
  4. Toss cranberries with 1 tbsp.
  5. of dry ingredients; set aside.
  6. Mix oil, lowfat milk and egg.
  7. Stir wet into dry ingredients.
  8. Then stir in cranberries.
  9. Bake 15-20 min till lightly browned.
  10. Let stand 5 min before removing from tin.
  11. Serves 1 dozen.
