Campbell Soup Roast Pork Party Style Recipe

  1. Make 6 slits almost to bone in pork loin.
  2. Place a slice of onion and applie in each slit.
  3. Rub roast with sage; tie securely.
  4. Roast fat side up at 325 degrees for 2 hrs; pour off fat.
  5. Combine soup and wine, pour over meat.
  6. Roast 30 min more or possibly till done, baste often with soup (total roasing time 35-40 min per lb.).
  7. Remove meat from pan.
  8. On top of range, in roasting pan, add in water to soup.
  9. Heat stirring to loosen browned bits; serve with roast.
