Crab Mold

  1. Place 1 pound of crabmeat in bowl.
  2. (The other 1/2 pound is used for garnishing) Add all the remaining ingredients to crabmeat and mix thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into the shape of the top shell of a crab.
  4. Place on your serving dish.
  5. Spread cocktail sauce over crab.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crabmeat on top of cocktail sauce.
  7. Garnish with olives, crab claws and parsley.
  8. Serve with crackers.
