Pizza Dough
- 650 g strong white flour
- 7 g yeast
- 5 g salt
- 50 ml olive oil
- 25 ml milk (warmed)
- 325 ml warm water
- mix flour, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in Olive Oil and Milk.
- Using hands gradually mix in the water until it forms a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 5+ minutes.
- Place dough in a clean bowl covered with a clean damp tea towel.
- Leave to prove for 1.5 hours.
