Pork Belly and Tomato Cream Pasta
- 1 Canned diced tomato
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 as much (to taste) Thinly sliced pork belly
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 1 as much (to taste) Salt
- 300 grams Spaghetti
- 1 some leaves Basil
- Finely chop the onion and stir fry in olive oil.
- Remove the onion from the pan, and stir fry the chopped pork belly.
- Put the onion back in the pan, and saute with the canned tomatos.
- Season with salt, and add heavy cream.
- Add cooked pasta and basil leaves.
- It's ready to serve now.
