Vanilla-Whip Freeze
- 5 graham crackers
- 6 chocolate wafer cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 34 quart vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- crush graham crackers and wafers together.
- melt butter.
- mix crackers and wafers with butter
- press mixture to a 8 by 8 pan.
- bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minute
- let crust cool.
- in a separate bowl combine ice-cream and cool whip together and mix until well combined and soft.
- melt chocolate chip
- pour ice-cream mix on top of crust then pour chocolate on top
- note: the chocolate will not cover over all ice-cream, it should be swirled around.
