Peach-Berry Fruit Tart

  1. Process flour, butter and cream cheese product in food processor until well blended.
  2. Shape into ball.
  3. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  5. Heat oven to 400F.
  6. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 7-inch circle.
  7. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Mix 1/4 cup sugar, corn starch and cinnamon in large bowl.
  9. Add fruit; toss to coat.
  10. Spoon onto pastry to within 2 inches of edge; fold edge of pastry over fruit.
  11. Brush pastry with milk; sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  12. Bake 30 min.
  13. or until pastry is golden brown.
  14. Microwave jam on HIGH 40 sec.
  15. or just until warmed; drizzle over fruit.
