Peach-Berry Fruit Tart
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1/3 cup turbinado sugar, divided
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 fresh peaches (420 g), peeled, chopped
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/3 cup apricot jam
- Process flour, butter and cream cheese product in food processor until well blended.
- Shape into ball.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 7-inch circle.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix 1/4 cup sugar, corn starch and cinnamon in large bowl.
- Add fruit; toss to coat.
- Spoon onto pastry to within 2 inches of edge; fold edge of pastry over fruit.
- Brush pastry with milk; sprinkle with remaining sugar.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until pastry is golden brown.
- Microwave jam on HIGH 40 sec.
- or just until warmed; drizzle over fruit.
