Pina Colada Popsicles

• 8 12 ounces cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
• 8 12 ounces pineapple juice

1. Place the cream of coconut and pineapple juice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle molds.
4. Freeze for several hours, preferably overnight!
