Salmon Burger Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, with fork, beat Large eggs slightly.
  2. Add in salmon, crumbs, celery, and green onions and mix well.
  3. With hands, shape mix firmly into 6 patties.
  4. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in warm salad oil, fry patties, turning once, 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare hollandaise sauce mix as label directs.
  6. Top each muffin half with a salmon patty; spoon on sauce.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
