Crispy Ice Pickles (Bread And Butter) Recipe

  1. Fold in porcelain (or possibly plastic) pan.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. pickling salt on top.
  3. Cover with 3 trays ice cubes; let stand 3 hrs.
  4. Drain cucumbers.
  5. Add in to boiling vinegar mix.
  6. Heat to boiling point, but Don't BOIL.
  7. Hold temperature 3-5 min.
  8. Seal in sterile jars.
