Chunky Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced into wheels
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 12 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 (14 ounce) cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- 14 cup tomato paste
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- Brown sausage in large saucepan - drain.
- add peppers, onion, garlic.
- Cook until tender, about 5 minute Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and basil.
- Simmer uncovered 10-15 minute Serve over Pasta.
