Just Mac 'n Cheese Recipe nosey
- cooked elbow macaroni (Al Dente)
- 3/4 lb. deli sliced American cheese
- milk
- 1 stick of butter
- couple of dashes of Crystal Hot Sauce
- white pepper
- panko crumbs
- slowly heat milk and butter
- stir in cheese to melt
- add a bit of Crystal and pepper
- pour sauce over the elbows in to a greased baking dish
- mix a bit of melted butter into the panko crumbs (keep pretty dry) and spread panko on top of the mac n cheese
- Heat in 350 oven until crumbs start to brown and it is bubbling around the edges
