Touchdown Taco Dip
- 1- 1/2 pound Hamburger
- 1 cup Medium Onion, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 packages (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Refried Beans With Green Chiles
- 4 pinches Tabasco Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 cup Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1 can (2 1/4 Oz. Size) Sliced Black Olives
- 1 piece Medium Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
- 4 pieces Green Onions, Chopped
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown hamburger and onion in large skillet on medium heat.
- Drain fat.
- Add ketchup, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, refried beans and Tabasco.
- Mix well and stir occasionally for another 3 minutes.
- Put half of the meat mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Add half of the cheddar and jack cheese.
- Then layer the rest of the meat mixture on top.
- Add the remaining cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the sides are bubbling and the cheese is all melted on top.
- Remove the casserole dish and garnish the top with olives, tomato and green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
