Hawaiian BBQ Pork Sliders

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set juice aside.
  2. Place pineapple in large bowl.
  3. Add coleslaw blend and onions; mix lightly.
  4. Mix mayo and vinegar until blended.
  5. Add to coleslaw mixture; toss to evenly coat.
  6. Mix reserved pineapple juice and barbecue sauce in medium saucepan.
  7. Add meat; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Fill rolls with meat mixture and coleslaw.
