Hawaiian BBQ Pork Sliders
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 3 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pkg. (11.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Seasoned Pulled Pork
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian dinner rolls (12 rolls)
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set juice aside.
- Place pineapple in large bowl.
- Add coleslaw blend and onions; mix lightly.
- Mix mayo and vinegar until blended.
- Add to coleslaw mixture; toss to evenly coat.
- Mix reserved pineapple juice and barbecue sauce in medium saucepan.
- Add meat; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Fill rolls with meat mixture and coleslaw.
