Apple Ginger Scones Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. Apple, minced, peeled
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, or possibly 2 egg whites or possibly 1/4 c egg substitute Lowfat milk Sugar
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, lowfat milk and egg till dough forms.
- Knead 10 times.
- Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet.
- Brush with lowfat milk.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Cut into 8 wedges.
- Bake about 14 min or possibly untl golden.
- Serve hot.
