Apple Ginger Scones Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, lowfat milk and egg till dough forms.
  4. Knead 10 times.
  5. Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet.
  6. Brush with lowfat milk.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges.
  9. Bake about 14 min or possibly untl golden.
  10. Serve hot.
