Creamy potato Bacon and Cheddar soup
- 8 each potato
- 1 red onon
- 1 stick celery
- 1 each carrott
- 5 each cooked bacon
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 1/2 gallon chicken stock
- 1 salt and peper
- Bake off all the potatoes
- cool bake potatoes
- in food processor blend down carrots, onions and cerlery and add to soup pot on low heat
- cook down Bacon to crispy
- Peel potatoes and blend until smooth.
- then add to pot.
- add chicken stock and stir.
- once soup is hot add Cheddar cheese and stir in
- add salt and pepper to taste.
