Refried Beans Pinto Kidney
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 small onions or 12 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olives or 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 12 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
- Drain Pinto Beans and put in food processor or blender.
- Add Red Kidney Beans and puree until smooth.
- In a medium size pan saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 min on medium heat.
- Add Bean mix to pan, stir well.
- Cook for 5 mins or until heated thoroughly and add cheese at the end.
