Easy Napolitan Spaghetti
- 170 grams Pasta
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 grams Ground meat
- 60 grams Bacon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 1/2 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tsp Umami seasoning
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Pasta cooking water
- Boil water in a pot.
- In the meanwhile, cut the ingredients.
- Add salt to the boiling water, and cook the pasta.
- Please adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the pasta.
- While cooking the pasta, heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add ground meat, bacon, onion, green pepper, and shimeji mushrooms in that order, then stir-fry.
- When cooked through, sprinkle the umami seasoning, and mix.
- Toss with the freshly cooked pasta.
- Finally, add ketchup, pasta water, mix well, then it's done!
