Easy Napolitan Spaghetti

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. In the meanwhile, cut the ingredients.
  3. Add salt to the boiling water, and cook the pasta.
  4. Please adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the pasta.
  5. While cooking the pasta, heat olive oil in a pan.
  6. Add ground meat, bacon, onion, green pepper, and shimeji mushrooms in that order, then stir-fry.
  7. When cooked through, sprinkle the umami seasoning, and mix.
  8. Toss with the freshly cooked pasta.
  9. Finally, add ketchup, pasta water, mix well, then it's done!
