Milly's Tortellini Salad Recipe

  1. Cook Tortellini in water and salt approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Drain, rinse with cold water handling very gently so as not to break up pasta.
  3. Place in refrigerator while preparing the dressing and fresh vegetables.
  4. Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk.
  5. Assemble all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently
