Creamy Strawberry Dessert Recipe

• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Jello brand strawberry flavored gelatin
• 2/3 c. boiling water
• 1 c. cool lowfat milk
• 2 env. Dream Whip whipped topping mix
• 1 pt. strawberries
• 1/3 c. cool water
• 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Hull and finely chop strawberries.
2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
3. Add in cool water and set aside.
4. Gradually blend lowfat milk into cream cheese in mixer bowl.
5. Add in vanilla and whipped topping mix.
6. Blend.
7. Then beat at high speed of electric mixer for 3 min.
8. Turn mixer speed to low; blend in gelatin.
9. Stir in strawberries.
10. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly 6 c. molds.
11. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs.
12. Unmold (if you want to) and garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
