Easy Midnight Coffee Jelly for the Tanabata Festival
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 300 ml Water
- 5 grams Gelatin
- 1 Whipped cream
- 1 needed Maraschino cherry, yellow peach, and silver dragees
- Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
- Add the ingredients, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W.
- Allow to cool in a glass.
- Decorate with whipped cream, silver dragees, a yellow peach cut into a star shape, and a cherry.
