Smoky Beans and Crispy Eggs
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 can (398 g) Heinz Original Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups canned no-salt-added crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 eggs
- Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
- drippings from skillet; set aside.
- Combine beans, tomatoes and barbecue sauce in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, heat reserved bacon drippings in skillet.
- Slip cracked eggs, 1 at a time, into skillet, leaving spaces between eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until whites are set and crisp around edges, and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
- Crumble bacon; stir into bean mixture.
- Top with eggs.
