BBQ Beans and Pork
- 2 pounds Pork
- 1/2 pounds Dry Pinto Beans
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- 1 can Coke
- 1/2 bottles Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1/2 whole Small Onion, Diced
- Sort and rinse the beans.
- Put them in the slow cooker.
- Pour the Coke on top.
- Put in the meat.
- Pour on the bbq and chipotle sauce.
- Add garlic and onions.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- It takes that long for the beans to get soft.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Shred pork and return to sauce.
- (I had some bbq sauce to mix in with the meat after I pulled it into shreds.)
