Gyro Burger with Tzatziki Sauce
- 2 whole Angus Or Other High Quality Store Bought Steak Burger Patties
- Marjoram, Salt And Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Pita Pockets
- 2 whole Red Onion Slices
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 whole Tomato Slices
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- Feta Cheese, For Crumbling Over The Burger
- 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded, And Finely Chopped
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dired Marjoram
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
- For the sauce:

- Place the finely chopped cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to remove the excess liquid.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, marjoram, rosemary, kosher salt, olive oil and red wine vinegar and stir.
- Place in the refrigerator until ready for use.

- Season the cube steaks liberally on both sides with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
- Preheat your grill pan to medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- When the pan is ready, place the steaks in the pan and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
- When you place the steaks on the grill just leave them alone and let them cook undisturbed on each side.
- When finished, remove from heat and set aside.

- To assemble the burger take a pita pocket, cut it open sandwich style, and warm it for 15 seconds in the microwave.
- Spread some of the tzatziki sauce on one piece of the pita bread, place the steak burger on top, sprinkle with some feta cheese, lettuce, red onion, tomato and the other piece of pita bread and enjoy!
