Strawberry Cream Dessert
- 2 14 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 (85 g) package strawberry gelatin
- 12 cup boiling water
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons butter, melted
- In bowl, combine (top 3) cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
- Press into an ungreased 13x9 pan.
- Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Spread over the prepared crust.
- In large bowl, dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
- Whisk in yogurt and 6 cups whipped topping until blended.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, combined bottom 3 ingredients for topping.
- Sprinkle on.
