Zucchini Raisin Bread

  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Gradually add sugar.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together.
  4. Add to egg-oil-sugar mixture and beat until smooth.
  5. When well blended, stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Place batter in two buttered and floured loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/4).
  7. Bake at 350F (180C) for one hour.
