- 2 whole Salmon Fillets
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 containers (8 Oz. Size) Creme Fraiche

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

- Put the fillets in a baking dish and season salmon fillets with salt and pepper

- Brush the creme fraiche over the fillets and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness.
