Sweet & Spicy Creamy Mashed Carrots

• 8 carrots, coarsely chopped (about 4 cups) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 1 Tbsp. butter
• 1/2 cup drained canned crushed pineapple
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Cook carrots in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Add butter and pineapple; mash until carrot mixture is desired consistency.
4. Stir in dressing and cinnamon.
