Lobster Broccoli Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, fresh or possibly frzn, cut into bite sized pcs
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn broccoli pcs or possibly minced broccoli, cooked
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- Paprika (garnish)
- Parsley sprigs (garnish)
- Thaw lobster if frzn.
- Toss together lobster and broccoli.
- Blend cream cheese, butter, lowfat milk and garlic pwdr; add in to lobster mix.
- Toss lightly.
- Pour into 6 oiled ramekins.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and oil; sprinkle over ramekins.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 min or possibly till browned and bubbly.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley sprigs.
- Makes 6 servings.
